Sorry about the excesive pictures but I need to share this one. My tool is caught hammer end into the quickdraw, this happened when I fell with my hands above the screw, when I started falling the hammer hit the quick draw getting lodged in as you see it. About ten feet of rope was destroyed by this and sketched me out really bad.
