The protection in the section before the upper crux is not obvious I think, but it is possible to place several small size stoppers and superlight rocks in the thin crack before the crux move to back you up when you go for the ledge. Aug 12, 2008

Many people TR'd Plethora on that day so that must've cleaned it up a bit. I haven't done this route but from watching Henning, the lower crux looked risky around the second piece placement. If he busted there, he'd probably hit the rocky slab below (but I guess, that's normal by DL standards). The upper crux took few (medium quality) pieces but Henning would be a better source of info.
