Hunting for exposed rock... Actually off-road searching for an off-the-grid house for sale in the boonedocks... close to climbing!! Seriously-- this was actually a housing development and I couldn't find the house until I used the binoculars... Only in Arizona!

My new belay buddy-- if people are going to act like aliens anyway, you might as well pick one that is out of the closet about it. Didn't ask him how he got here from Roswell so fast... He's looking forward to his first multi-pitch, but asked that I not use him as a crash pad.

...After rapping off of Cragaholic's Dream in the twilight, getting the rope stuck, and belaying while Aleix rescued the rope from a mystery chimney. The hike out was somewhat gnarly in the dark. Great route!
