Exposed elegance- a climber pulls the roof/ flake above the crux of the 5th pitch of Candyland.
Another one of those "I almost died" climbs. Before cams, laybacking a runout above my #11 hex a flake broke sending me head first. My trusty belayer quickly reefed in some slack stopping my head just shy of the ledge. 1976
