Variation to the first pitch on the South Face of the South Sixshooter. We climbed the this line to the approx. 150 feet right of the traditional start because of crowds. It's a more direct line to the east summit. We took the crack on the right in this photo and it was pretty easy, maybe 5.6-5.7(?). The crack on the left had been climbed before and looked really good. Just thought people might like to know that there are some other options.

I climbed what must have been the left line back in 2009. Went at 5.9. Quite good; super direct way to the summit! Jan 9, 2019
