The trail to the summit of Kinabalu is clear and well traveled.
The last mile or two on Kinabalu is a virtual sea of granite, a low angle slab making anything else seem tiny by comparison, extendinging for miles beyond the summit still, all above the cloud forest. Climbers descend at sunrise. Photo By Tony Bubb, 12/06.
