Pattizabzent is about 100 Ft right of the Flight Path. It was named and dedicated to a client who went through an extremely difficult time with her son and wasn't able to get away to be on the first ascent.

Pitch 1: scramble up about 20 Ft over brushy ledges to a dark overhanging corner. Climb the varnished double cracks to where you can step right (exposed) into a splitter crack and then a ledge. Ascend cracks in White Friable rock to a hanging station. 5.9 PG doubles on #2 and 3 Camalots I found handy.

Pitch 2: down and left, bolt?, then up an arching varnished splitter crack to the dihedral at 5.9, then up the dihedral past bolts to the anchors at 5.10b. 85 Ft. This is one of the best pitches I've climbed at Red Rocks at this grade.
Alt. Pitch 2: Up out of the station, past a bolt and up a crack till it ends. bolt, traverse left across thin faces moves to the same anchors. 5.9

Pitch 3: climb the dihedral till it ends on a ledge. #4 friend and assortment of very small cams is handy. 5.10a

Rap the route station to station or risk getting the rope stuck. 3 Oak tress live in this dihedral and sometimes the cracks fill with leaves lower down. Bring a cleaning tool. Route was done ground up on sight before BLM re-classifiied the area as inside the Wilderness, and never published. Shades earlier than Flight Path. Thanks to all the unmaned people who contributed to the effort. Jul 4, 2006
