little itty bitty lottery for asca
|
If you like the looks of this original artwork (stands 16 inches tall) made from household found objects, and want to see it in your home, read on. One of my favorite organizations, the ASCA, has been gifted a matching grant for $25,000, good for donations made to them until the end of July. I will ship this artwork anywhere in the continental US to a person selected by random lottery from among the people who post to this thread that they have made a donation to the ASCA this year, up to closing date of July 31. I'm going to trust in the honors system that if you are classy enough to covet this fine work of art, you are not a scumbag who would make a post without making a donation. Even if you don't want the art, you can post to the thread to bump it until the end of the month. ASCA needs and deserves our support. |

Bump bump. Go donate! It’s the fastest, easiest process. Takes less than a minute if you have a PayPal account. May, take about a minute if you have to key in your credit card. |

Bump. Donated. Thanks for doing this. |

Donated. Thanks, Phyl! This is also my favorite of the nationwide organizations. Here's the link to the ASCA donation page: https://safeclimbing.org/donate |

Bump! Thanks for this Phyl, awesome art! |

I just had my husband pick the winner out of a small dish, and had him read me the answer. And the winner is - FRITZ! Fritz if you want the sculpture, please PM me with a snail mail address. But I'm also happy to make you a T-shirt with an artwork of mine printed on it. I can give you a few choices. Looking forward to hearing from you! PS. ASCA doesn't just replace anchors. I sent Greg a note about a route comment I had seen on MP - a popular route in Tuolumne where someone said the bolt had been smashed by the winter storms. With 2 days, Old5Ten had gone there and replaced the bad bolt and inspected the rest of the route. Hand drilling, people. The ASCA and their team of amazing volunteers deserve our support. |
