My name is Nick and I am fellow climber (34m) and I just moved to SLC for a new job with a van building company. I’m typically out climbing on the weekends and some week nights. When I’m home I like to cook and roast coffee.

I clean up after myself immediately after cooking or using the common space and I don’t host house parties or large gatherings. I’ve never had an issue paying rent on time.
