40 foot fall & rescue at Geezer Wall on Wednesday. Details?

There was this little blurb in a recent KSL article mentioning a fall and rescue at Geezer Wall. Wondering if anyone has details.

“An eighth rescue occurred Wednesday afternoon when a climber fell 40 feet at Geezer Wall in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

"Make that 8 rescues in 96 hours," a post (by Salt Lake County Search and Rescue) Wednesday said. "Be careful folks!"  “
