Upstairs room in 3 BR house in Golden for rent

Hi all,

I have an upstairs bedroom for rent in South Golden, in a 3 bed 1.5 bath house. Morning sun and afternoon shade, 2 pretty big closets. There is a ton of off street parking and a big garage for bikes, bouldering pads, tools and things. $900/month flat, utilities included. 

Right now, there is a couple in the lower level (it's a split level), they're super cool, boulderers, board gamers, chill people. I would normally be in the other upstairs room but am staying at a friends in Boulder while working up here for a few more months, then going to hit the road for a while but be in and out a bit, so if all goes to plan you'd have the upstairs pretty much to yourself until April. I like just about every type of climbing, I also mountain bike, backcountry ski, play guitar, etc. We're all easy going people, the house has a chill vibe. We're all in our early 30s. 

We're looking for someone that's also easy going, able to pick up after themselves, no drama, and likes to get outside and have fun. If this sounds like a fit, tell us a bit about yourself and I can send more pics and we can meet up for a tour!
