ISO West Slope Partners

Heyo! ISO more consistent partners on the West Slope.

I’m based in Grand Junction. Mostly psyched on ropes right now - trad & sport, multipitch. I boulder v6-7, red-pointing 5.12b/c sport, leading 5.10s for trad, at my peak was doing .11-. But psych/good times > grades! I don't climb at my limit with a new partner off the bat. Just looking to get outside & have fun with good people. I’ve been climbing 9 years, have my AMGA CWI 1 cert. I have a quad rack in hand sizes & double in the rest, 70m rope.

I’m keen on a lot of places. Main Elk, Rifle, Unaweep granite & sandstone, Ouray/Telly/Gunnison spots, Joes, Moab/IC, Maple, Lime Kiln, Wyo spots. It would be sweet to get a good belaytionship going, maybe get to Zion, the Black Canyon..

Get a van and hit the road?? I love all those spots. Would be super stoked especially to get into the black. Zion is the tits but you don’t mention RMNP or Vestal and Arrowhead. Do you have something against granite Alpine? What Wyoming spots. Lander 10sleep GTNP, Do you ice climb?

Hi Becca, I'm based out of Crested Butte. I recently moved back to the area after a few years in Boulder, looking to establish western slope partners. 

Do you have plans to be in the gunni area anytime soon? Taylor Canyon is good trad climbing around the CB area.

Hey if you wanna climb in rifle i live in town and im projecting hard 11s and 12as. Heres my number, im a little heavy ( 215 ) but i give soft catches. Attentive belayer 5 years seasoned multi pitch 5.10-11- trad leader . 315 720 2592 

I live in Rifle too, with a van and long weekends every week. Usually on 5.12-13 sport and 5.fun trad, but I'm learning! I even pebble wrestle on occasion, and Joe's is awesome. Dm me if you want to climb
