Elbow arthritis

Hello, just seeing if anyone has elbow arthritis and how is it going with rockclimbing? I injured my rt. elbow 5 years ago (pulling on a sloper) and somehow through that I have developed moderate-severe osteoarthritis which is extremely unfortunate since I am only 31. My other elbow is 100% normal with 0 issues. Multiple doctors misdiagnosed my initial injury which didn't help. I later had arthroscopic surgery to remove cartilage, osteophytes, etc.. I am realizing I will need to completely revamp how I train and if I can even climb at all at least on steeper climbs. I don't want my elbow to completely fall apart when older haha. So wondering if anyone has dealt with this and are still climbing/training?
