Hey, I might be interested... however I won't be in the Tucson area till mid March but planning to stay a while and climb a bunch of stuff.  I'm leaving LA and traveling for a while, headed to AZ first!

What grade are these first ascents you speak of?  At the moment I'm leading 5.8 range, 5.9 if I'm lucky, but can probably follow 5.10+ (unless it's slab-yuck)

Hey Kirk! I just moved to Tucson from NC and looking for climbing buddies. My schedule will be flexible, not sure how the grades are out here is yet but I’m typically comfortable with easy/moderates and will belay on anything.

I'll be sticking around Tucson this week at least and staying on BLM, currently on a road trip. Headed to Mt. Lemmon tomorrow with friends but free Thursday and Friday. Looking to tie in and climb stuff bigger than boulders for a little while before heading to J Tree.

Headed down to southern Arizona for a few weeks, let me know if anyone wants to climb. Kirk, I'll call you when I get there.

If anyone is keen to do some adventure climbing in Cochise or other SE AZ areas, contact me before I get bored and leave! Cell # in profile

Weather's gonna be great next week, who wants to get out?

Is dredging up old threads a new years tradition?

PS: yes, I'm back in Tucson

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
