I've never climbed there, but since it's sandstone I assume you can't climb on it until it's had a chance to fully dry out, yes?

This is correct. Keep in mind also that whatever time frame you see about climbing on wet sandstone is usually for out West / desert areas. East coast humidity will add to the dry time considerably. * my disclaimer is that I've never climbed at the area you're talking about *

It depends on the type of sandstone. The admonitions about not climbing on wet sandstone typically apply to western sandstone which generally is much softer and more porous than what is found in the east. For example, the Nuttal sandstone of the NRG is like quartzite and relatively impervious to water. It's far harder than the Wingate of Indian Creek.
