Red Rock Winter Route Sun Questions

I have looked at the posts in the FAQ about winter climbing and just have a few questions about my plan?

I climbed Big Bad Wolf and Physical Graffiti in October and remember it being mostly shade in the afternoon - would these  have morning sun in late December?  Also, how about Moderate Mecca for afternoon sun.  The sun angle tool looks OK but I didn't see any reference in the other threads.

One of the threads suggests Brownstone wall in Juniper Canyon - any thoughts on Birthday Cake?

I would also like to do Cat In The Hat, but I know that will be mostly shade.

I am trying to stay in the 5.6.- 5.7 range.

Check out Johnny Vegas, Birdland and Brass Wall Area for some sunny climbing.  Expect crowds on the weekends.

Brass Wall is good on cold days. Solar Slab and that area too. I think Olive Oil gets lots of sun except the first pitch
Just please don't climb for at least 2 days after it rains

Thanks for the help so far.

First two days will be weekend so I was going to skip Birdland this time.  I did Johnny Vegas in October maybe we will hit it again.

I have the Red Rock NOAA weather page and the Wet Rock Police pages bookmarked - you won't find us on wet rock.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
