Few details at this point. Sorry for your loss if you knew this young man. The article mentions equipment failure. Black Cliffs aren't known to be dangerous, but the rocks do move and they aren't exactly known to be safe either. I'm sure we can all learn a few things from this, if nothing else appreciation for the good in our life.

I'm not much tapped into the Boise climbing scene these days, so if there's a beer gathering or Memorial, please share details. I'm thinking the FB group is more active in this area, perhaps more details there.
