I’ve been wondering if there are any walls in Va I could make a trip out to.

Old Rag has some 2 pitch routes, but nothing too exciting. Just drive to Seneca.

No sport multipitch that I've ever heard of anywhere near Virginia, not even in Seneca.  If you want multipitch I think you've got to get some Trad Gear.  There may be one or two semi multipitch things at the New.

If you climb horizontally there's quite a few multi's in VA.

From what I recall, there's very little sport multi-pitch in VA and none at Seneca. Just to check, I used the MP route finder. All that came back were two 5.12s.

Some of the routes at Buzzard Rocks are around 120', so you could break those into two if you want to practice, but you would need trad gear for anchors. And not all the routes have top anchors; it's kind of assumed you can make your own anchors there.

In Virginia??  Are any cliffs higher than 70 feet?  Multi pitch sport is not even a thing in the East.

Stoney Man is 110ft, but its single pitch trad.

True, but the routes on the left end all have a big intermediate ledge, so one could turn those into multi-pitches if desperation sets in or if practice is in order.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
