Whatever happened to Tony Yaniro?  Does he still climb and put up routes?  Seems like there is no more information on him after his problems at Leslie Gulch.

I was just listening to the Thundercling podcast and I guess they’re going to interview Tony next! Can’t wait to hear it.

Heard he was opening a new gym in Colorado Springs called Gripstone, or something like that?

Supposedly he use to run laps on Dinkum at CRG with a 40lb pack and this to get ready for the Sugarloaf where the first 5.13b/c took place. I was there today helping to replace bolts and we were talking about Tony a bit after looking at that route. Kind of a coincidence to see him brought up here too.

He built and runs a small gym in Prescott, Arizona called Gripstone.
