The best sport anchors are two quickdraws, opposite and opposed. I know someone who broke both wrists and an ankle traversing to set up a toprope in a similar situation, just some food for thought.

Welp, for the record.  My wife/climbing partner had a heck of a laugh at my expense when I said I was 10 yards over.  She may still be laughing.  She says, "try more like 10 FEET, maybe 12, over at most.  You're just a scared wuss."  Then she handed me a measuring tape.  Soooo...that explains why it sure didn't feel like it was that sketchy.  Still risking a swing if I fell but certainly not 30 feet out.  Next time I'll bring a tape measure LOL.

Cheers!

Is there another type of sport anchor?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
