Places Ive Climbed?!?

How do I edit this on my profile. I would like to make it accurate and have no clue how to change this?! Help! Thank you 

It populates based on your routes "ticked"

If you have no ticks, it shows all of the US by default. Add some and it will change.

Because it goes by your tick  list you have to manage that part. You can "back tick" some of your previous climbs/summits. I can't imagine trying to remember all that crap just for the MP profile though.
