Thinking of planning a trip to taos for my bday at the end of the month. My schedule is completely open and i can arrive early and stay late. Im thinkkng a week or two.... just playing it by ear.

Im living in a van, and will be driving from los angeles. Camping as close to crags as legally possible for sure.... hot springs.... maybe fishing. Ive never been to taos so im down for whatever. the photos of the basalt look super sick, and thats whats drawing me there. the fact thay it seems to have good weather during the summer is pretty sweet too.

As for me im 30 yr old guy. Ive got a full sport rack. No trad gear. Im not that good, but im in good shape and can hang for the most part. Im comfortAble leading 10s, and maybe low 11s. Just lookin to have fun and get better.

Dude, I'm planning on heading to Comales Canyon south of Taos for my birthday this Thursday and Friday. You should be there.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
