In the market for new shoes. I tried desert rock sports and Rei... any others you could recommend ?

Origin has a good selection from Sportiva, Evolv, and Butora.

Only local Vegas shops carry the guide- Desert Rock and Origin definitely have it, and I believe NCC and Refuge carry it as well. REI does not.

I think they had it at the RRC visitor center last time I was there.

I was just there two weeks ago and the visitor center didn't have a damn thing for climbers... well they had a couple cool stickers.
