Will be in Calgary for a couple of days for work and will probably take one day to do some cardio training in some of the hills nearby for an upcoming climb. Thinking of hiking up and down lady McDonald near Canmore.
I’m flying there and am not checking a bag so won’t have micro spikes or an axe or anything. Any idea if enough of the trail is ice free to do without any sharp stuff?
I’m open to any other suggestions within 2 hours of Calgary as long as i can get a bunch of vertical
