Room for Rent Westminster Area

Hi,

We have a room available for rent in Westminster. Our place is 20 minutes from Clear Creek or Eldo and just a bit further to Boulder Canyon. Light rail to Denver is close by. You would have your own room, shared kitchen with 1 other person, laundry, and garage storage. My wife and I live upstairs and we have a medium sized doggo. We try to get out and climb as much as we can, usually clipping bolts in Clear Creek. Rate is $750/mo. including all utilities (heat, hot water, trash, electricity, internet.)
