Half Dome - iced over?

Hey all, 

I'm looking to run up the cables while they're still down, but am trying to figure out what the conditions are like up there before I make the trek. I was going to be there the first weekend of April, anyone been up there recently? Is it icy or still covered in snow on that back side?

I would say yes. Definitely snow on the top and some on the west face.. I would assume the cables are at least somewhat covered.

Not sure what this week will bring but there is some rain/snow in the forecast toward the end of the week. Good luck!
