Sorry if this is in any way a redundancy!  I’m getting back into climbing after a lengthy hiatus and am looking into top rope routes up to 5.9 that have pretty easy to access anchors to set up my TR rope.  Looking for south facing or snow free routes in the northern Colorado front range area.  Also as I progress which I know will be pretty quickly, what leadable trad routes would be recommended in those grades.  Thanks kindly!

North Table Mountain in Golden has pretty easy access to many routes in that range.  YMMV

Duncan's ridge in Ft Collins has several bolted anchors, 10 minute walk to the top of the ridge, super sunny.

Happy Hour crag in Boulder Canyon is a nice spot.

A lot of sport routes were bolted top down.  If you take some time to explore you might be surprised at what can be top roped.
