Cheers,

I am planning to make a stop this May for a month or so. I am looking for tips on living out of my truck near Idyllwild. I'm 25 and male. I have the summer off and am starting it off with some solid time at Taquitz.  If you are willing to share any places to camp nearby that would be rad  I know of the camp ground, but I don't think I can stay there for more than a couple weeks. I would also be interested in renting a spot to park and sleep in my truck. I'm self sufficient and wouldn't need much space. Shoot me a PM please!

Thanks, Grant

A lot of the area around Idyllwild is BLM land,  As long as you arent blocking traffic on the dirt roads, you should be okay.

I'd like to start this post off first by saying:  Locals Only, braj

I'd like to finish it by posting a link to a decent spot to park and sleep:  https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Idyllwild-Pine+Cove,+CA/33.7363306,-116.7032431/@33.7368714,-116.7039482,16z/data=!4m8!4m7!1m5!1m1!1s0x80db0e125013eaff:0xadce7bb513be2dae!2m2!1d-116.7152556!2d33.7467471!1m0

I would love to be a local of the area! Maybe someday. Thanks for the spot beta!
