Wrist/forearm sensation

Recently I’ve been feeling a sensation on the top part of my wrist and forearm. The sensation feels almost as if the wrist is going to “pop” like your knuckles would when you crack them. It feels like it’s almost a loose tendon. Any ideas as to what this may be and solutions?

I recently had scaphoid-lunate reconstruction and it was in kind of the same area but more interior ( thumb side).

I would definitely ice and rest for a week or two and see if there’s any improvement. If there is a loose tendon it might not take much to do more serious damage.

Have you been bouldering a lot ? Training extra days?  Anything different ?

I originally injured my wrist max bench pressing of all things, climbed on it in the gym, and pop! No bueno. Two surgeries and 16 months later and I’m almost back to form.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
