Looking for experiences, materials used (what type of plywood 3/4", 1/2" and type ect.), dimensions, simply 45 degree triangles vs pyramids ect, t-nut spacing, and wall mounting

Has anyone rigged a system so that you can use bolts rather than screws? What type of spacing for between the screws that mount the volume to the wall?

What kind of paint did you use?

Anyone had luck using thinner plywood? (not 3/4")

Thought this was a good intro but wanted thoughts from others.

I've used sheathing grade plywood (19/32") and even thinner (I'm thinking it was 15/32") for my wall. It probably wouldn't hold up for a commercial gym, but for home use it's been fine.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
