Jesus, how many people I've seen staring at the plastic like it just killed their mother. Chill the fuck out. There are kids here (always, by the way, like all the time).

Before the route / problem rejected my effort, I was already tired, anxious, or angry.

And then I can’t figure out the moves

... plus ..

I have various levels of narcissism, competitiveness, low-frustration tolerance, etc..

... and ...

I think it was a bad route setter, or my spouse doesn’t let me come to the gym enough, or getting this degree makes me study too much or, ?

yea, i agree. concentrating on hard things is ridiculous. especially while wearing silly upper body garments. true bruce lee status is only attained while half naked and spraying down the nearest female on her warmup.
