I am headed to Yosemite for a short trip to hike around/take in the sights and figured since I'll be there I may as well climb some stuff. Weather in my window seems pretty OK (though cold) so I thought I might try to take myself and a friend or two up some easy climbs around the v(V)alley.
I've led 5.8 in JTree but I don't know how that will compare to grades given the different characteristics of Yos rock and the conditions etc.
I have plenty of gear (except offset cams) and would like suggestions for EASY (cannot overstate how soft I am) climbs with short approaches that I could also sew up (in a perfect world) as this is primarily supposed to be a relaxing trip.
Input/tips appreciated! Happy to have additional climbers if you'll be around.
