Hi there,

I am the proprietor of a 7 bedroom house on the North side of Boulder, a bit West of Broadway. We have a large house of mostly climbers/skiers that ranges from 21-29. At the moment, 3 girls 5 boys. We have at least one room opening up in January with flex time to move in earlier. Rent is ~500 or under including utilities. Prefer no cigarette smokers, and we're definitely not a party house although we drink a lot of wine and have a decent bar. There is some 420 going around sometimes. We have two decks you can see to downtown Denver from, and a huge fireplace in our kitchen/living/dining common (with 30ft vaulted ceilings)  area we try to use as much as possible. We even have a creek next to the home to provide bubbling brook noises. We do have a 5 month old German shepherd in the house. It is a 10 minute bike ride to downtown Boulder and maybe 15 to campus. Only one neighbor within 200 yards.

A grad student or young professional would probably be the best fit, but we come from all walks as it is. Of our current 8, 6 are avid climbers. We have a guide in the house, a rock instructor, a rock shoe cobbler, as well as an outdoor industry rep and ski tech. A few of us climb/ski 200+ days a year and we certainly get out as a house! Several of us play instruments ranging from electric/acoustic guitar to saxophone. About half of us are vegetarians, no one is gluten free or allergic to anything and many of us collaborate on meals.  These certainly are not meant to be requirements however.  We would love someone that can complement us and fit into this environment. Cleanliness is also a huge prerequisite living with such a number of people.

Rent is month to month with a deposit more or less equal to rent (deposit is = to previous departing tenants deposit = monthly rent at that point in the past).

If this sounds like some place you would fit in shoot me a pm with some details about yourself.

Thanks for reading,

Cordially,

Alex
