Every time I drive West on Highway 24 from Colorado Springs, I see some pretty steep looking granite crags up to the left above the Cascade-Chipita Park area. Anybody know about the accessibility/rock quality of these crags? Private or public land? Or better yet, if there's a MP link I missed or guidebook I could buy. Thanks!

I have wondered about these as well. May be worth a hike up there to investigate!

There is a lot of rock around the pass but most is featureless granite. There are a few walls that are produced some nice lines and are bolted scattered throughout the pass.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
