Anyone looking to climb the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Flatiron? I have all the trad gear we need except bigger cams (sizes 2+)

You don't need any gear except a rope to rap with, harness, atc. Just go solo em.

haha, pink thunder, such a joker. Do not go solo them just in case you were thinking he was serious. Climbing the Flatirons, while many of the routes are not especially high on the difficulty scale, is a serious undertaking. The climbing is very slabby, the rock can be slick and in sections less than solid, and it is relatively easy to get off route. Someone just died up there a month ago, so do be as careful as you think you need to be, especially if you haven't done the route before. Not meaning to be a killjoy, but since there are climbers of all experience levels that frequent this site I felt it necessary to balance PT's post with some more conservative advice.

Happy climbing!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
