Reel Rock screening fee

I want to screen reel rock 12 in my city, but after contacting reel rock directly, I was told "Company X" already has rights to my country.

I was given a flat fee quote by "Company X" to screen in my city since they don't organize screenings in my city, but I would like to know if I am being ripped off and Company X is charging a huge markup. 

If anyone can provide a screening charge of 100ppl provided by Reel Rock, please DM me or post. :)
