Best winter/spring international crags for solo travel

Hey folks!

I've been climbing for about 9 years, I currently lead 5.11+ sport, 5.10ish trad.

I'm looking for suggestions for winter/spring destinations where it's really easy to find partners. I've been to Potrero Chico and El Chorro and was super happy with the scene finding fellow-dirtbag partners there, and Kalymnos where I was a little surprised by the overall 'couples on holiday' vibe and relative lack of other solo travelers. Looking for somewhere new that's got the same kind of vibe as Posada's kitchen or the Olive Branch for hanging out and finding partners.

Some suggestions I've had so far - Frey (looks awesome but my trad fitness is crap right now) and Tonsai (scene looks great, but it might almost be TOO popular for my preferences)

Anybody feel like sharing a favorite winter sport climbing/bouldering destination with a great scene for finding climbing partners?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
