Room available, SLC

I have a room available in Liberty Wells (1841 S 500 E). Close to sugarhouse, close to the Front climbing gym. Rent is 450 plus shared utilities. There are three of us living there (me and a couple), all climbers in our late 20s / early 30s. She is a nurse, he just moved to town, and I work at a raptor research nonprofit. There's a washer and dryer, and a backyard with a small garden. Lots of storage space available.

No smoking in the house, and they have one friendly dog. None of us are LDS, but no problem if you are-- we are not big partiers either. I climb sport, trad, and a little bouldering.

Month to month is ok to start off, or we can talk about a lease later on down the line if things are working out for all of us.
