Hi folks, not that the front range is short on great sport climbing, but we have been busy all summer bolting away at a new climbing/highlining crag right outside Jamestown, ~30 minutes from north Boulder, and while it is still under development we are ready to open it up to the public. There is now a mountain project page listing for backyard miracle in Colorado, though it is not sorted in the Boulder area listing. We are hoping to get a little traffic up here and grow the climbing community in our little mountain town, and encourage others who are interested in route development to come check it out, as potential for many more new routes still exists. As of now there are about 20 routes, most falling in the 5.11 range but there are a few moderates as well. Check out the page listing, come on up and climb, give the Jamestown Mercantile a little business, and feel free to give us feedback on the routes, grade suggestions, etc.

i am hearby reserving your crag for a group of no less than 200 beanie-wearing crag babies and rabid pitbull hybrids with boom boxes and gold chainz

Only hip belays and ATCs will be used and all chains will be toproped through while attached to PAS thongs. Stick clippers/boudlerers/alternative lifestyle 'people' will be berated.

Feminist literature in remembrance of the Obamma years will be read aloud posting to Zinke's FB feed

You must have a few pictures to post, maybe of the walls in general?

Awesome! Thanks to the folks that put in all the hard work and effort to develop this area. I look forward to checking it out!

I met Peter two winters ago in Potrero. We were staying at Homero's at the same time. Great guy and always developing for the community.
