Looking for a place to live in Salt Lake City

My dog, boyfriend (Sean), and I (Maddie) are in search of a new place to live! 

We are hoping to find something we can move into soon in either Sugarhouse or Cottonwood Heights. A basement apartment/Mother-in-law would be ideal, but we make great housemates and wouldn't mind a room in a shared house with one or two others! We have a few larger garage tools, a tool chest, and bikes, and would need some sort storage space for those things :) 

Sean's an avid climber and I enjoy doing anything where I can bring our dog! We both also enjoy biking and simply getting out for an adventure. Ollie, the pup, is a tail-less 2 and-a-half year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie/Corg-ish mix. He's very well behaved and almost too mellow for a 2 year old. The three of us are laid back and clean, we are past the party scene phase of live and are looking for a nice, relaxing place to call home :)
