Hello Friends.  I will be climbing Devil's Tower this Saturday, 9/30/2017 and I would like to summit.  I have noticed many of the routes do not actually go all the way to the top. Do any of you know of any routes between the ratings of 5.11a and 5.8 that summit the tower?

Thank You

A ton of routes summit the tower between those grades, but most people don't do it as the top pitch (or pitches) are crap and are full of chossy rock and bird shit.

First time at the tower and you want to do a long moderate that will top out?  How about Assembly Line at 5.9?  The top pitch isn't memorable, but the second pitch is.

Be careful.  It is illegal to climb above this point on Devil's Tower.

The routes on the south and east face approach all end at the "Meadows", then it is 4th class from there to the summit.  That is probably the least chossy way to get to the summit.
Soler, El Cracko, Walt Bailey, Bon Homme are all great lines that end at the Meadows.
The Meadows rap line is also the easiest way off the summit, 4 raps with a single 70m rope.

Edit: Congrats Rob on your inspiring feat!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
