Hi.

I'm scheduled to be in Denver for a conference the 2nd week of Sept and hoping to check out any of the sport areas nearby. Is the closest area Clear Creek? Any other areas I should check out? In case I can't find a partner, do you have any recommendations for certified guides (trad or sport)?

Much thanks in advance!

Under an hour:

Clear creek, north table

1-3 hours

Tons in boulder canyon and eldorado canyon , RMNP, anywhere in south platte area youll fine good stuff.

Have fun

Clear Creek or Devil's Head. North Table bakes in the sun most days so maybe not the best option. Devil's Head is a journey to get to most of the climbing, but that's part of the fun right? Boulder Canyon or Elevenmile Canyon would be a bit further of a drive but also good craggin options.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
