Paid Climbing Nanny

My wife and I are a climbing couple with a 7-month old infant.  We are looking for someone to work with us to allow us to be able to climb and take our daughter on climbing outings (for the day and possibly for longer and maybe even international trips). 

The best fit would be someone who lives close by to us (Broomfield) and can help out with part-time babysitting along with some housework as well as someone who loves to rock climb who can be a third climber to trade off climbing and watching the baby while we climb together.
