Seattle and Leavenworth climbing

 I will be in the Seattle area from August 22 to sept 6 and looking to get some climbing in. I'm looking at the exit 32 and 38 areas as well as the Leavenworth area.  If you guys have any beta to throw my way it will be much appreciated.  Or he'll if you anyone has some free time and want to join I'm sure we can figure that out too. I pretty much only sport climb but I'm will to follow on an easy trad line. Usually I can lead up to 5.10 but I'm recovering from a shoulder injury so I will be taking light and easy. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and advice.
