Hey MP'ers,

Just trying to gauge some opinions here from people who have spent a lot more time in the Denver/ Golden area than myself.

I'm thinking of buying a 3 bdrm condo somewhat near downtown Golden (right next to south Table Mtn)

https://www.google.com/maps/place/1613+Secrest+St,+Golden,+CO+80401/@39.7469974,-105.1986846,15.17z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x876b84e60f66ff53:0xf5356d4129975e61!8m2!3d39.7420971!4d-105.190688

I would live here a while but I'm a fairly frequent traveler/mover, so I guess my question is....how hard would it be to find cool roommates?....and more importantly, how easy would it be to rent a 3 bdrm in this area??   (50-60 mins to Loveland ski, 20 mins to Denver, 5 mins to Golden downtown)

Thanks!

You'll have no problem renting...it's a college town apart from Golden being prime rental. (I live there). There's mountain biking right out your front door!

Yeah you literally walk out of the backyard 50 ft and you're on the South Table Mtn trail

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
