So many options. Who has done the shopping for me already?

Sign up and wait for thier coupons-12%, 15% or 20%.

There are supplements way more effective than Glucosamine.  If you want to focus on just one, start with Jarrow's 'True CMO'.

I combine these (for a torn meniscus in my left knee) and find this combination works:

2ea True CMO, 1ea Vit C (whole food derived such as Garden of Life brand), 2ea Hyaluronic Acid (Source Naturals), 2ea Collagen Type 2 ( Neocell), 1 Bromelain (Doctor's Best 3000 GDU).

I take these on an empty stomach before bed.  I take for just a few days until my knee responds well and then stop until needed.

^^^Wow! That's a handful of pills!  haha

I go to Costco and get the glucosamine drink (wellesse).  Take a swig on the way out to the crag or pack a small bottle for trips.  I feel like it's more effective for me.
