I've started sharing some short videos on some climbing tech tips... starting out pretty basic but will be getting a bit more elaborate soon. If inclined the first two can be found here:

these are really good little videos.  clear and concise.  one thing that i think would be a good addition is to point out that the sequence you use ensures that the load strand is closest to the spine of the carabiner.  i don't think most folks will catch this detail.

Thanks Slim! While that detail is correct I believe modern carabiners are plenty strong with the load strand away from the spine (more important the hitch is properly tied) but we can always improve! If I get a chance to remake these down the road I'll work that in!
