Hey guys, my partner and I are creating a documentary style short film on the benefits of MP. (How you meet new partners, explore new routes, and expand your overall knowledge of this great sport.)

It will be a two day project taking place at Sharkstooth in RMNP. We are currently still looking for partners to film.

If you and your partner would like to camp and climb the northeast ridge of Sharkstooth and be apart of this awesome project please comment or PM me directly. I will send you the details then,

Please don't comment if you don't have anything nice to say.

Cheers!

George

Sorry if this doesn't help, but:

Won't you post the video as soon as it's ready here on MP?!

Will there be someone to carry my gear up the hill for me? Perhaps even a pack llama? Cause then we'd be talking.

Ps good luck with your film project :)

I have got the crew for the project!

That being said, if anyone else wants to join, I'm open for it.

What's not to like?

Progress demands degrading the actual experience of climbing so that folks can see marginally more interesting video footage sitting on the couch watching their TV.

July 5-6 at RMNP. We will be climbing Sharkstooth, petit, and Zowie. Interested?

Not getting any? Me neither. Get off the stinking man's effing lawn, ya crabby old goat.

Nuthin personal.

Best, H.

Hey! It's time for a useless thread, doncha think? If MP jumps all over me.....it's your fault.

+1   it could be argued that the whole climbing experience has been cruising towards the lowest common denominator to make it more accessible / palatable  to the Average citizen. Lower it's demands rather than increase the skills of the individual.  Democracy is not always the best track for every experience.

I am very interested. I work the 5th, but not the 6th. I can see what I can do to get it off and let you know!

Don't get in anyone else's way while you're shooting this "film".

All this kerfuffle for another extraordinarily average and typical drone flick. Just because you have a drone and a cool location doesn't automatically result in something worth watching. After the all the preaching over your qualifications I was expecting more, not trying to be a dick just giving you some real feedback, sorry if it wasn't nice enough for you.

That poster image is great.

The climber looks like Klaus Kinski in the Werner Herzog film Aguirre.

"Wrath of the mountains" could be a good title, though might not fit with your message (judging by the title of "Go Further").

Anyway, it looks like an interesting film. Nice work.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
