Mountaineering and skiing partners needed through July

I am visiting the PNW through The middle of July and I am looking for skiing and Mountaineering partners.  I could also be persuaded to climb some alpine rock routes.

I would like to get on a couple Rainier Routes, possibly Mt. baker and non Hogsback routes on Mt. Hood.

I have been rock and ice climbing climbing for about 12 years. I like alpine routes and did a trip to the Ruth Gorge 2 years ago where we did Ham and Eggs on the Moses Tooth, the Escalator on Mt. Johnson and two FAs.

I soloed the South Side of Mt. Hood last week and also got up to the disappointment Cleaver on Rainier and had to turn due to the comfort level of one of my partners.
