I start 2 monts ago doing 20 pull up a day on a 2x4 screw on top of a door at my office, and when I feel like during the day I just get on it and do 4 reps , I'm building up strength day by day , having no time for the proper work out. Just feel like sharing this one. Ciao

Good job!  When you get to ten reps add weight.  And keep adding weight.  You will be surprised how fast your body adjusts to the added weight.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
